Stock Gifts

Qualified Charitable Donations
If you are 70 ½ or older, you are eligible to give directly to Wayne Street Church from your IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). Giving through a QCD is as simple as contacting your IRA custodian and instructing them to transfer any amount up to $100,000 per individual per year directly to Wayne Street Church from your IRA.
If you are 72 or older, a QCD can satisfy your annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). QCDs will also not count toward your taxable income for the year allowing you to be generous and receive even more tax benefits. If you would like more information on how to initiate a QCD, please email us.
